Last October Society ambassador Phoebe Brookes spent an evening at Brouwer’s Cafe, one of the Society’s partner bars in Seattle, hosting the Desserts & Drams Challenge.

Six of the Society’s partner bars in North America took part in the ‘SMWS Desserts & Drams challenge’, each creating three mini desserts paired with three Society drams. At the end of October, two partner bars were crowned the overall winners.

In the USA the winner was Brouwer’s Cafe who whipped up three delicious mini desserts. We’ve put together this gallery to give you a taste of the event. And for those of you who are inspired to recreate the Desserts & Drams Challenge at home, there’s a full list of the dessert and whisky pairings below.
