To all our members,
As the situation regarding the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to develop, we wanted to let you know that we’re monitoring developments closely and doing everything we can to follow the latest advice from the UK Government and relevant Public Health bodies both north and south of the border.
For the time being, our four Members’ Rooms across Edinburgh, London and Glasgow remain open as normal and we have no plans to cancel any upcoming events or tastings across the country. Come in any time to enjoy a reassuring whisky, or pick up a bottle to take home.
We are also:
- Providing additional hand sanitiser and soap at all Members’ Rooms
- Educating our bar staff and ambassadors on prevention measures
- Emphasising frequent and proper hand washing
- Cleaning high contact points in our Members’ Rooms more frequently
We look forward to continuing to share our drams with members in a clean and safe environment, and ask that you also follow the guidelines for frequent and thorough hand washing and the immediate and safe disposal of used tissues.
We’ll continue to closely monitor all available information and keep you up to date, but in the meantime we look forward to seeing you soon.
