Event Details

We are once again welcoming Peelham Farm back to the Vaults with its spectacular variety of organic charcuterie.

This was an extremely popular event last year and we are bringing it back. Pairing meats with some of the societies finest peated stocks, this is an evening we are excited to host. Members have an opportunity to see how well some fine cured meats sing in harmony with SMWS single cask whisky.

In its organic on-farm butchery, smoker and charcuterie facility the Peelham Family produces all the meat from its own livestock (grass-fed beef, suckled veal, lamb and mutton; free range pork) to make its organic charcuterie, salamis, sausages, burgers, bacon and hams which it supplies direct to the consumer via its website, farmers markets, restaurants, hotels, delicatessens and ethical retailers.

No supper is included in the price, but a reduced menu will be available on the night for those who wish to enjoy a meal at the halfway point.
