Tasting Notes

A citrusy aroma. Blossoming notes of lemon jam and limoncello followed by agave nectar, white balsamico, prune juice, cut grass and sunflower oil. Some earthy, buttery toasty notes underneath. With water it’s all on creme brulee, lychee syrup, stone fruits, gooseberry fool, lemon parfait, bubblegum, fruit salad juices, freshly kilned malt and barley sugar. The palate buzzes with pineapple, fresh melon, baked pears, toasted banana, glazed summer fruits and vanilla custard with golden syrup. There’s also cream soda and star fruit. With dilution there’s orange oils, bay leaf, chamomile, green tea, cocktail bitters, marjoram, lime parfait, crushed digestives and creme caramel.
