Description

This one proved curiously coastal to begin with. The panel found notes of wet rocks, beach pebbles, damp grains, green malt, Kendal mint cake cherry tunes and barley sugar. Water unearthed Turkish delight, cedar, dried papaya, trodden bracken, tea tree oil and pomegranate syrup. The delivery in the mouth was punchy and threw up notes of rice paper, dried apple chunks, lemon curd, brown bread, mint julep and a digestive biscuit dunked in earl grey tea. A little water brought forth ripe damsons, fermenting Scrumpy and lilies. Also tamarind chutney, earth and greengages.
