Description
The panel encountered a lively and vivacious nose full of fresh gooseberry, key lime pie, malt loaf, banana skins, lemon oils, gorse flowers, crushed mint leaf and a freshly made whisky sour. Water gave us further cocktailesque notes of mojito and mint julep with yellow flowers, nougat, mango and chocolate orange. Some curious touches of fresh linen, pollen and lemon thyme as well. It arrived in the mouth with a bang! Full on white jelly beans and green fruits with pineapple cubes, green tea, white chocolate and a lick of chamomile. Reduction brought out fruit pastilles, gomme syrup, mineral oils, stewed rhubarb and cough syrup. Oodles of fun!
