It’s time for a roll around in the long green grass beside the gorse bushes with the floral scents of the freshly washed picnic blankets and freesia flowers heavy in the air. Feeling the tingle of lemon sherbert and popping candy perhaps we should get fresh with peppermint, lemon tart, candied lime peel and strawberries with mint and white wine vinegar. Too hot for you, lets cool off with some water to reveal a soft side as cooked apples and pears come to the fore, nectarines with cream and dark chocolate adding an indulgent whisper to finish.

DRINKING TIP: Whilst getting intimate in a remote summer meadow.
